3. User Accounts and Registration

Our services are provided on a pay-per-qualified-lead basis. Pricing varies by plan and is clearly outlined on our pricing page. Payment is due according to the billing cycle you select. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Lead Quality and Definitions

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who has shown genuine interest in your product or service, meets your specified target criteria, and has provided verifiable contact information. Our AI scoring system determines lead qualification based on predefined criteria.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, or insider trading. You will not spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications to prospects.

7. Data Privacy and Security

We take data privacy seriously and comply with applicable data protection laws. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Intellectual Property

The LyraVex platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by LyraVex and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee that our service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LyraVex be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
